How do I change or reset my password?

Liquid error: undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass

PrintLynxx will allow you to attempt to login up to three times until your account is locked out. In the event that this happens, you may do one of three things:

1. Contact your company administrator.

2. Email support@elynxx.com

3. Call support at 877.877.7933

To change or reset a password (yours, or another user):

1. Click on the user’s name in the portal.

2. Click “Reset Password”

3. Enter your password, and then enter the new password twice.
