Create Packages and Shipments

Creating a Package

On the View/Update Order Screen click the Order Shipments Tab.

Within the Create Shipment section on the right-hand side click “Package Configuration”

On the next screen enter the information for the following items:

• Tracking Number *Needs to be accurate to ensure the shipment can be processed

• Weight

• Package Dimensions - (Length, Width, Height)

Once this information is complete click save in the top left corner to submit and finish creating the package.

Create a Shipment

Once the package(s) have been created to complete the process a shipment needs to be created.

In the Create Shipment section select the package(s) by clicking box beside the respective package. Ensure that the package information is correct if any changes are necessary click the blue edit button on the right-hand side and follow the instructions for creating a package

Select the shipping method by using the drop-down to choose a shipping company. Verify that the default status of shipped remains and hit submit to complete creating a shipment.
