How are bid results sent?

Once a job has been awarded to a vendor, a notification goes out to all vendors that entered pricing for the job. This notification is sent via email and will let the vendor know if they won or lost the job. There are three versions of both the win and loss email:

Vendor Bid Status Only

This email simply states that the vendor either won or lost the job. No additional information regarding bid results is available.

Winning Vendor Information

This email includes the pricing entered by the vendor and also the name of the winning vendor and the winning price.

Full Bid Results

This email includes the pricing entered by the vendor as well as the name of the other vendors that have bid on the job and their prices.
