How do I award a job?

Once the bidding window has closed for a solicitation, the bidding review task will be available.

Clicking on this task will display the list of bid results, and based on access and award limit, allow the job to either be awarded to the lowest bidder, have the low bid rejected, or the job may be forwarded to another team member for review before award. If you need to reject a bid, but do not see the option, click Forward Bid for Review and select the team member that will be able to complete this task for you.

If the lowest bidder will not be winning the job, the bid may be rejected and the next lowest bid will become the suggested award.

**Important: If a bid price is rejected, it cannot be undone.
