Can I add custom tasks to a job?

Milestones are custom tasks that can be included and specifically assigned to other registered users in your organization, or assigned to the winning Vendor.  Examples of these tasks would be a Press Sheet Inspection, receiving approval from Legal, or other follow ups that may need to occur. Items such as art release dates and proofing deadlines should utilize the Furnished Materials or Proofs tasks. 

Click the +Milestone button to add a new milestone to the job. Enter information about the task, and assign a user and due date. Comments may be added if need be. If another person in the organization that is not in the list will be handling the milestone, click Add a user for a directory of available users. Once the milestone is defined, click Save. Multiple milestones can be added to the specifications, and will be added to the final schedule for the job.
